We’re sorry if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received. We’ve made the return process as easy as possible.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the reason.
Please note that corporate purchases and bulk orders are not eligible for a refund.
Bulk order definition:
Orders containing 10 or more items are considered bulk orders.
For pre-order items, the 30-day return period begins on the shipping date, not the order date.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product must be unused
- The product must show no visible wear, damage, or signs of use
- All original accessories must be included
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The original bag and tag must remain intact and undamaged
Please note:
- Free gifts are not eligible for return
- Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected
Promotional Order Returns
Buy One, Get One for $0.99
For orders placed under a “Buy One, Get One for $0.99” promotion, both items must be returned together.
If only one item is returned, the refund will equal the amount paid minus the MSRP of the $0.99 item.
Gift With Purchase / Spend-and-Save Promotions
For gift-with-purchase or spend-and-save promotions, the main item and the free or discounted item must be returned together.
If only the main item is returned, the MSRP of the free or discounted item will be deducted from the refund.
Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated, all products come with a 60-day warranty. ChubbyCable Data Cables are backed by a 365-day warranty.
If any quality issues occur during the applicable warranty period under normal use, please contact us and we will help you with a replacement or support solution.
Return Shipping & Refund Terms
For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
A valid return receipt or tracking number must be provided.
For non-quality-related returns, ChubbyCable will only refund the cost of the product itself.
Please note:
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
- Shipping insurance is non-refundable
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages
- Returns must be sent at the customer’s own expense unless the return is due to an error made by ChubbyCable
Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs (this includes returns).
No restocking fee will be charged for product returns.
Refund Processing
Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package.
Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, or to your PayPal account, if applicable.
For returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verifying your return tracking number or return receipt.
Important Return Instructions
We do not accept returned items sent back without prior authorization.
Please do not return items directly to the address shown on the package you received. Returns must only be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.
If you would like to return an item to the nearest return address, please contact us first. Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel their order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days after an order is placed.
If you submit a cancellation request within the 48-hour cancellation window and before the order has been shipped, your cancellation will be approved.
